We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from DGADGET.CO.UK. Unfortunately, there are occassions you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.
This policy applies to everything you buy from DGADGET.co.uk. We’re here to support you with any issues when buying from us.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the relevant cancellation period. See below for more information:

To get your refund, just return the item to us, within the cancellation period for your item (listed above), above all make sure this item has not been opened and product seal is still intact. For details on how to return, please see below.

Please contact the relevant helpline below. If we can't resolve the issue over the phone, we’ll arrange for a repair or replacement. If that’s not possible, we’ll offer you a refund.

Returning an item sold by DGADGET
Collection - If your item came by courier we can collect it (Terms and Conditions apply). Please call us on 0843 523 56 22 (calls cost 7p/min on BT land line mobile may be higher) to tell us when you’d like it collected.
For all returns - Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories and please package it all securely. And return to:

If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there will be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened, or used. For more contact us or chat with a representative live through our website.
When returning items, please include any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories. If returning by post, please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deductions from your original payment paid to us if the return conditions are not met.
Once we get the unit back we will just have to inspect it, and soon as the issue is confirmed, we will work to get it resolved. If we are unable to we will send you a replacement unit or give you a full refund, only if a replacement is unavailable.
If the unit is found to be not faulty or found to be a subject of physical damage, please be advised we reserve the right to charge both testing and transportation fees as per the terms and conditions agreed to upon return creation.
Unfortunately we do not warranty repair units which are found to be damaged due to mis-use/liquid damage.
We work on getting the units tested asap, but during busy periods the testing may take up to 7 days working days from receipt.

Please see guidelines below for packaging your item. Once packed please put the box in an outer carton/bag and seal it up. Please can you mark the outer package with the RMA number as to speed up the process when the item is returned. The DPD courier will have all the address details.
Shipping with original Manufacturer’s Packaging.
Original packaging is usually designed to ship the product once, not multiple times.
Reuse can weaken the packaging and place the inside product at risk.
Overboxing provides extra integrity for the weakened original manufacturer’s packaging.
Inspect the original packaging to ensure that the cushioning material and box are intact and unbroken.
Make any repairs with pressure-sensitive adhesive plastic tape that is at least 2” wide.
Pack the product using all the original packaging components.
Place outer carton into a black polythene bag so as to conceal the identity of the item you are returning,
and place shipping label on the outside of this bag once taped up securely.
Shipping without original Manufacturer’s Packaging.
Wrap the computer or peripheral with at least 3” to 4” of air-cellular cushioning material such as bubble wrap.
Place the wrapped item inside a sturdy outer box.
Accessories that are wrapped in appropriate amounts of cushioning can also be placed in any open spaces of the box.
Fill all spaces with additional cushioning so that the wrapped item fits tightly inside the box.
Close and seal both the top and bottom of the box with 3 strips of pressure-sensitive plastic tape that is at least 2” wide. Tape all seams or flaps. Place outer carton into a black polythene bag so as to conceal the identity of the item you are returning, and place shipping label on the outside of this bag once taped up securely.
Please advise a weekday (Excluding Bank Holidays) when the courier can collect the unit and the address the machine should be collected from? The collection can happen any time between 8am and 6pm. Please be advised we cannot specify a collection time for you, someone needs to be available for the collection to take place for the duration of this time frame.
Your returns are mostly free using unless you are returning due to a change of mind or after the DOA period stated. In this case buyer. will have to subsidize the return cost.
Receiving your refund
We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product or we can offer store credit subject to security checks.
- By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
- By gift card or money card - Your money will go back onto your card or we’ll send you a cheque.
- Store credit - We’ll either put your money back on the account, send you a cheque, or give you the equivalent value in Store Credit.
If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. Any Store points earned or used on a returned item will be credited accordingly.
Refund of delivery charges
As long as you're returning all of your order, we'll refund your delivery charge in full subject to tearms and condition or return. If you're only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.
